Easter Egger club!

It looks like a roo

I would guess roo, too. My EE pullet has no red on comb, wattles, etc., despite her complete dominance over the much larger brahma cockerel and anything else that enters her territory. Love him and spoil him - it might be months before he starts crowing.

Can someone tell me how to tell if my EE's are pullets or cockerels other than waiting for an egg or crowing
there are so many different characteristics to look for. Big combs, red wing patches...etc the fastest way is to post a photo and ask us as a collective to sex them for you. You can upload here or in the EE sexing thread http://bit.ly/1ss2Z55

This one is the most concerning, and I got these like a week or 2 before Easter.

And here is the other, it has very rooish behavior in my opinion.

The first one has one row on its crown, that usually means pullet but also has the redding on the wings. I'd vote pullet.
The second one I think is pullet as well

As soon as you are ready... I rehomed my first roo's when I was 52...
Ha ha.

I didn't know if people normally wanted roosters at a certain age or not. They're still pretty small right now. We sent a text to someone we know with chickens to see if he wanted any last night but didn't hear anything back. Figure if we're just going to give them away, we'd offer them to friends first. And knowing what their future probably is, I don't want to keep them any longer and get any more attached to them. :(
