Just picked up our little girl today ! A little over a week old. The feed store had a sign up calling them Amarucana's. ... I don't understand why they do this.. brought her home and our other 4 little babies.. just froze.. Mary our EE froze.. and it was a stare down.. All is well now and everyone is happy and running around eating , drinking, sleeping.

Its a roll of the dice.I hatched two chicks from a bantam x barred rock. One is LF and one is very small. Otherwise they look the same.

I finally got decrowed EE roo to go with my girls. He was named by my 4yr old son "Whitey". Not very original but it fits.

Beautiful, did he come from Oklahoma vet who decrows? I want a roo soooo bad!

Yes I got him from Dr. James. I liked the splash bantam I got from him last year so much I just had to get a second roo.

I'd have to see the comb before I could say roo or pullet, and even then it's not a sure thing. My EE mixes that I hatched a month ago are only just now showing me who's male and who's female.

Can you take a guess on mine? I've heard that 3 rows of peas will indicate male but this one doesn't have 3 rows
