Finally the big day the big chicks are outside in the run and coop and they're so happy and love it. My roommate and I finally set them free and had a blast.

@cmccullough1390 Your chickies are so cute. Did they run around, flap their wings and try to fly? Once mine got used to being outside that's what they did. It is the cutest thing in the world to see them happy like that. Good job on your coop!

I love my three EEs.

Here they were in the very beginning of March:
Labamba and Chubby Cheekers are EEs (Peggy Sue turned out to be a welsummer rooster so has been renamed Peggy Dude)

Lollipop is my other EE who turned into an awful eyeball pecker so has been renamed 'Hen'nible.

Chubby Cheekers now: She has what I think is Wry Tail. She is so very very crooked...So we call her Crooked Hillary now...couldn't resist-especially since we have other chickens named for this election. haha!

Labamba-she is super FAST. She's like a bullet!!!!

Although my Buff is probably my favorite of my birds now - my EE was an early favorite, was the CUTEST chick and she's so smart. Although she's not the top of our tiny pecking order (our NH red is) she is often the first to try new things - she was the first to use a water nipple, the first to try perching. She's also the biggest of the gals right now (at 5.5 weeks). Her name is 닭 (pron: takk) - my wife named her, and I'm glad that she picked that, because she has been calling them "nightmare birds" for the past several weeks. She's on the far right in the group shot and then at a week or so old in the bottom there. She doesn't like being picked up and wants to murder my engagement ring, but I'm the most excited to see what color her eggs are!
