Looks like they got spoiled big time LOL have you tried giving them boiled lentils? Lentils and beans are great treats as long as they are boiled (then cooled) or sprouted first. Raw beans are bad for them. Anyway, I boiled up a half pound of dried lentils for my chickens and they devoured the whole batch in minutes! My gals also love raw oatmeal. I learned about that treat from the breeder I bought some of my chickies from.

I haven't done it yet but everyone I know have chickens who love it you can boil it wouldn't hurt a thing and u can ad bits of fruit they'll go nutsOk. I never thought about feeding my chickens oats/ oatmeal.
