Easter Egger club!

I’m here to join the EE club!

My two little EEs are two weeks old, hatched by a broody mama black sexlink. We have 8 more eggs in the incubator with 19 days to go still. Here is a pic of my babies when they were just a week old.

They still don’t have names yet! I have no idea what to name them. Any suggestions?

They are very cute! There are lots of Internet sites that have cute ideas for names, just type in "Names for Chickens." Here's one: https://www.raising-happy-chickens.com/chicken-names.html. If you don't know the sex, you'd have to stick with gender generic names. Sometimes you have to watch them for awhile and a name just seems to fit. Don't know about anyone else, but I swear my girls know their names!

Thanks for the link!! My girls all definitely know their names and even come running when I call them. It’s definitely a real thing
