Easter Egger Gender 7 weeks

Hi, I have this here 7 week old Easter Egger chick. I don't see a comb what so ever but I wasn't sure if Easter Eggers just look different because they are a mix breed. This bird does like to size up with my barred rock roo (who is the same age) but is very gentle and kind compared to the barred rock. Thoughts?
