So.... I know this little one is still too young to make any real accurate guesses... But this is my friend's first batch of chicks and she has been asking me a lot about this one in particular and just sent me these pics. She said it is already squatting down and rocking it's head back and forth and jumping on the other chicks and flapping around constantly. She said it's feet and body are larger than the others and wanted to see if I could post on here for some feedback or some guesses on gender just for fun. I kinda get the rooster vibe and the patches on the wings, though early, does make me wonder. This chick is supposably only 4 weeks old
Thanks!!!!!

I can't quite tell - the chick is super cute though!
When they get older and you're still unsure, send another picture.
Oily feathers on the neck, base of the wings, or on the sides of the rump are a big indicator of a cockerel though!

It's not written in stone but, I think it is a boy
I kind of agree with this - by his/her behavior (though it may just be a bossy hen) and the fact that its developing in size faster than the rest - may make this a cockerel. I had a cockerel who grew up with the same green legs and white body coloration, though some EEs come out different and are, obviously, different genders.
