Easter egger has always had fragile shells and deposits on her eggs. Problem?

They break very easily, so much so just picking them up sometimes breaks them. Also cracking them to eat they splinter and spread instead of cracking. Since she started laying there has always been malformations on the eggs, it's almost as if the calcium is having a hard time forming around and egg and instead being put on the shell in clumps. Is this fixable?

 
She might have something wrong with her shell gland. What are you feeding her? How old is she? Do you have oyster shells available free choice? I don't think there's much you can do. Sometimes stuff like that pops up and than goes away and the eggs become normal again.
