Is that rust coloring on the wings, or just a darker brown, I can't tell?
Looks like a pullet, but if that's a rusty red/brown then I will change by guess.

Well, if it was a male those feathers wouldn't come in till 12ish weeks. So 9 weeks is too young for that.
