The first two are pullets. I am uncertain about the third. A free standing profile picture would help with gender ID.

That is great news about the first 2. I was most unsure about the first because of its personality. Hopefully these photos help with the third.

I agree that your first 2 look like pullets. The 3rd one is suspicious but can't confirm. Keep an eye on the little comb if it reddens before the others.
