Easter Egger named Marta Stewart but acting like a boy

Martha is 5 months old. She was purchased as a pullet from Meyer Hatchery. She has been the leader since the ride home from the post office. Recently she has gotten much more aggressive towards her 8 sisters (all different breeds). She will run into them and chest butt them. Today she made a new sound, not a crow, but a 25% crow. Is she a boy or a girl what wants to be in charge?

I had one who looked almost exactly like that. I had an all hen flock, so she was the Alpha Hen and kept everyone else in line.

That's def a girl. My pullets all started acting funny right before they started laying. 1 got aggressive, 1 got super friendly, and 1 just totally freaked out. lol

All those hormones can make them go crazy! Poor girl is ovulating! LOL! Get her a hot pack, pain meds and chocolate ASAP!!!
