So I tried to get the best pictures I could of my 2 "ameraucanas". Hope someone can answer my question!

Absolutely! I love easter eggers, I find the variety of color/pattern and tendency to higher production big pluses in my book

If they say they have the chance of laying these different types of eggs they are EEs, as standard Ameraucanas do not. I personally like 'Easter Eggers' better because of how unique their coloring can be .
