Easter Egger? Pullet or Roo?

Hi, I'm brand new to chickens and loving every minute of it. Can someone please tell me if "Pip Squeek" is a Pullet or Roo? I'm now thinking Roo. He/she was hatched from a blue egg on June 1st.

Looks like a roo.
Does he have saddle feathers coming in? Look for those pointy feathers at the base of his tail.
EEs are so tricky!

most certainly a roo and mature for 10/11 weeks old.

He's too young for saddle feathers. Those will probably come in a few more weeks. But the curve of the tail feathers gives him away, not to mention that comb is really red for a chicken that young.
