Easter Egger? Rooster?

This guy (or gal?) was rescued out of a dumpster with three others. They were about 2 weeks old at the time. The guy who rescued them lived in an apartment, so he couldn't keep them. We were more than happy to give them a home.



They are about 3 months old now. Two of them are cuckoo marans; a male and female pair...score! The other one's definitely an Easter Egger.

Other folks have unanimously identified this one as an Easter Egger as well, a beardless (our three others all have the beards).

Would you agree this is an EE? Being a nube I haven't seen this sort of coloring; not even close to any of the coloring on our other birds. Is there a name for it? Typical EE randomness?

Looks like an EE boy to me, that coloring is typical for EE males. Not all EE have beards.
