Easter egger(s) started laying and then stopped.

I have 10 chickens that are about 7 months old right now. Some have started laying some have not. One or two ( i'm not sure!) of my easter eggers started- I got a few blue eggs, and then stopped- it has been over a week since I have seen a blue egg. They are acting completley normal, eating fine etc. I am wondering if this is normal, as they are new layers, or if I should be concerned?

Are they molting or showing any signs of molting?

no, they are not. I'm guessing it has to do with being new layers, and the decreased daylight- but I still worry- I thought I'd double check and get a few thoughts/opinions on the matter.
