I got 3 straight run Easter Egger chicks in March. They are about 10 weeks old and am trying to figure out their sex. I’m new to this so I appreciate everyone’s help. All three act fairly more aggressive than my other chickens which are hens.

I have two that are similar in color which I separated with the silver/gray one. (First three pics are one chicken, next two are one chicken, and last three are another chicken)

Images 1-3 look female, 4-6 - with the mean grin- those look like a roo (because of the comb, and I see waddles). The last ones look like female. I could be wrong tho- I am a beginner.

But I have not seen easter eggers with that coloring before (neat)- looks like the color of my RIR's with more black- hehe.

Thank you! Yes ended up with really cool coloring. The red was a surprise and I really like it.

#1 - I think a boy but the jury is still out. The legs look fairly skinny but not real skinny. The comb isn't that large and is pink. I do not see any wattles. But the upright posture, body conformation, and curling tail feather make me think boy.

#2 - More sure it is a boy. Wattles and a red comb. Legs not ridiculously heavy but heavy enough. I think I see the start of sharp hackle and saddle feathers.

#3 - Probably a boy. A fairly prominent red comb even if a pea comb. No wattles. Legs kind of heavy. An upright posture.

Sorry but I think all three are boys.

To me, all three look like cockerels. Number two without a doubt in my mind based on coloring alone. That color pattern (with the red on the wings starting to come through) is a typical rooster coloration.

I see the starts of hackles, curled tail feathers, and a few other identifiable features that have me leaning towards cockerels.

Sorry but I concur (but I am a novice). No typical female feather patterning. With EE, if their coloring is bright and striking, they're probably boys. Girls tend to have that mottled partridge appearance. That's been my experience anyway.
