These ones need another week or so. The red doesn't quite look the right shade for rooster red, and it looks like it's more a part of the overall pattern. And the combs are still very small and pale. Just not sure about these two, and it's not often that I get stumped.
That looks like a purebred Wheaten Ameraucana cockerel.
She's basically the same color as him, just in female version. Should produce some very consistent looking chicks. And they males should easily be sexed by chest color, at a few weeks old.

I've got an 8 week old EE that has got me confused. Comb is very small, not quite as dark as the obvious cockerels but darker than the obvious pullets. It has a pattern that is more "pullety" definitely not as showy as the other roos, but I am seeing red coming in on wings. Would love to hear what everyone thinks! Thanks!!
