This chick isn't an EE, its an Ameraucana. I haven't been successful finding an active thread for sexing Ameraucana and this thread was very helpful with sexing my EE's. I hope you don't mind.
My son has named him/her Marshmallow he/she is 6 weeks and 4 days old, we incubated and hatched this chick ourselves. Today Marshmallow was in a fight with his/her hatchmate an OE cockerel, so his/her face is a bit mucked up (Marshmallow is separated out getting some TLC now). I'd like to know if its possible to tell, if Marshmallow is a pullet or a cockerel. What do you think?

Hello everyone! I'm new on here. Been reading the threads and trying to sex my EE's with out asking. But I can't wait and not for sure. Can you guys help me please? My little loves are about 3 months old.

Last week I posted a pic of my 3.5wk old EE. I bought her at the feed store of corse marked as a Amerucana Pullet. Well at 3 weeks I swear I heard something like a crow and last night (4.5wks) she made the same noise twice!! Her feathers are coming in with an even pattern and a white chest. Her comb is orange with a little rise to it. Take a look at her and give me your thoughts, Thanks

i know you have a 10% chance of getting a cockerel when your picking out of the Pullet bin at the feed store but to pick only one out of 50ish chicks and get the cockerel really sucks!!

This one is tricky, the coloring won't give much away. I'm looking very closely at the comb and though it does appear a bit wide, it's very pale other than the blood scab. I'm going to guess pullet, but keep an eye on the comb in the coming two weeks.
