yes and no on the combs, some of my girls have three rows as well and lay great eggs. At that age I would expect to see a deep red to the comb. Also look at the coloring how even it is and the feathers how they are rounded.
Notice the feather drooping just before the tail on this EE, how they are pointy. Also notice the dark red flashing on the shoulders (darker than the orangish tone found elsewhere) both are signs of a Roo.
Now look at the blue one (second bird back) how the feathers near the tail are rounded, and all over even coloring. This is an EE hen, I can show others as well if you want.
