Hello we seem to get mint green eggs consistantly, not complaining, customers like Green eggs at easter time especially. i would like to try blue sometime if someone local has eggs to trade or young hens to sell. they are great layers however, easy to handle we have had them on our farm for 3 years now. breed and sell chicks in season. they seem to be a very healthy breed. believe we will plan to have them on our farm for years to come, Lord willing.
