Hey everyone, first time poster so I hope I’m doing this right!
I picked up 6 straight run Easter Eggers/Olive Eggers, should be about 8 weeks now but I’ve got one that’s much smaller with a smaller comb. I’m wondering if it’s maybe a week younger than the rest but I’m also hoping it’s a pullet. I was hoping for all pullets but I’m pretty sure I ended up with 4 cockerels. I’m still curious about this grey coloured guy in the front though, so what do we think - pullet or cockerel!? (Pictures 1-4)

Also I ended up with one almost all black chicken with black legs and a black beak - I’m thinking she’s not an Easter Egger but I’m not very familiar with chicken breeds. Any guesses? (Pictures 4-5)
Thanks in advance!!

Hi! Those are all great breeds. I think that there is a white one in the flock, that looks like a rooster. There are too many to count, to be honest. The chicks that are already developing a crown, very early, they are most likely roosters.

yes, i 100% agree with you. for sure them.
Thanks guys, I was thinking cockerel for those two as well! Both combs are so much bigger than the one in the front, which makes me question if that ones a pullet? I know I’ll be able to tell in a few more weeks but I’m hoping to get a few more chicks if only two turn out to be pullets.
