Thanks! I'm guessing that easter eggers are just chickens that lay egg different colors?

no no...not from ONE hen.! Each hen has the possibility to lay one of those colors.

Confusing! SO, easter eggers are chickens that lay colors eggs? LOL. I'm so lost.

Easter eggers are mutts, some of which will lay green or blue eggs due to their ancestory; but because they are mutt's, they can aslo lay brown eggs.
The whole easter egger thing is a crap shoot as far as egg color, feather color etc.
The majority of easter egger's exibit some of the following traits: Green legs, beard and muff, green or blue eggs.

Your milage may vary see dealer for details on specified models, void if prohibited, may not apply in your state.
Blue eggs available only on specified models when you get lucky.
So you gotta ask yourself, are you feeling lucky?
