Ouch!! 5 from 35. That stings. We all know of course between winter and molting they do slow down quite a bit, but I would bet you have worms too (well your chickens anyway, not sure about you)

Alright peeps, I have christmas bunnies......lionheads, no pedigree, sold as pet quality but no idea what they will turn out like. Pretty sure there are blacks and pointed whites...not sure on bucks vs does.....they are tiny POOFBALLS. Ready now....will be taking all not sold to chicken show 12/17.

These were extras my friend had so not sure how many or age or sex or color yet. She loaded them in the dark! Lol. At least 4.....

I used Wazine about a month and a half ago, but didn't do the follow up in ten days, so I wouldn't be surprised if you're right. Twelve of them are a little young and two are in pin feathers from a molt, but the others are total freeloaders.

True, this summer my 30 hens dropped down to 4-6 eggs aday. I got PigSwig used it in the water for a few days. Two weeks later they picked up again. Also I dusted them for mites. I didn't see any but they could have been there. I do have a lot of wildlife running across my property. But I know for sure the chickens had worms. I got the dog tested and she had the eggs of the worms that live only in fowl. It was just passing thru the dog. Glad that dog went deer hunting without me and never came back. She killed 2 of my chickens. A couple days later she saw a deer in the yard and went after it. All the yelling to come back didn't work. I looked thru the woods for a few acres then gave up. I posted ad's and called shelters. That was in sept. So she found a new home or the coyotes got her. She was a cute dog about 18 pounds. But man was she mean. She would tackle my kids and bite them rip their clothes off. Kids being 3 and 5. I even got a control collar. Which worked for a few days. Then she would just wait till I was out of range before attacking chickens or kids. Humm went on a rant lol

Ouch! 4-5 eggs from 30...I think I'd have a heart attack. My girls have just now started to ramp up production. Past week my 5 ducks have been giving me 3-4 eggs a day. But of course I heard ducks are better winter layers anyhow
