I don't know if the pointeds are the same with minis and lionheads, but there are black and blue and other color points, it's best to use a blue instead of black with a pointed, it increases the chances of getting blue pointeds (as opposed to black pointeds becasue black is a dominant color I think). I have a blue pointed doe and a black pointed buck

I have been told not to use blue on pointed white as you risk lighter points and light toenails (white toenail = DQ). The pointed colors are all judged together in Lionheads, so they seem to like the darker points better.

I usually use Siamese Sable on Pointed Whites myself......as I prefer shadeds. But Black is second choice for me....and I have a pointed white doe currently bred to a (really really nice) black buck. All my other pointed whites are bred to my siamese sable bucks.

I met up with her this afternoon and she bought my 2 "older" leghorn/cochin girls. At least 1, if not both is laying now.....even got an egg in the cage in the truck on the way this morning lol.

I still have 1 leghornX left. She looks VERY leghorn-ey other than the feathered legs (and few spots). She should be laying soon. Beautiful girl. $15.

Ewwwww. Are those naked guinea pigs?

I am so glad my kids are far away and not able to see my monitor. It looks like a critter that would be right down my son's alley.

Well, if your daughter gets a bunny.....

Skinny pigs are hairless guinea pigs. They aren't cheap.....

So, one of the black bucks is actually pretty nice. His price went up lol. If he had a pedigree with him, he would probably be a $100+ bunny.
