I think I used my GPS and found it pretty easily, if I quite remember there was a large sign and 2 entrances, if you miss the first one.

I still probably won't see them!

Question: I have a buff that has went broody. I sold my rooster a week ago saturday. What's the odds that the eggs she is setting on, are even fertile? Almost all my hens have been laying in the same box. Only got two eggs yesterday. One today and it was a EE egg. So I stuck it under her. lol Have no idea how many she is setting on. I don't think they are fertile. But wanted to make sure. My other roo was only turned back out with them yesterday.

I've had eggs from hens taken away from rooster a week and hatched the eggs. I say let her try.

I very sorry to hear of you getting rid of your flock. I hope to still get a lot of good advice. Please keep posting--I'm really new to this (almost 3 weeks), and most certainly need really good, experienced chicken keepers to learn from. This tread has been great to learn from and I hope it continues.

I do not really post on this thread, but I read it often. Your posts Bairo, are some I look forward to b/c they are informative and have really helped me out a few times. I am glad that you will still be on the forums. I hope that your able to figure things out and keep your birds. I also hope that whatever the problem is, it works out for the good.

I appreciate every ones compassion.....I'm working on it and want to keep them. Hard to explain without getting into private issues....just working on some things is all i can say. Even if they go, I doubt I would leave the forum (it keeps me sane). I'll be there Saturday

Well if you do happen to lose your birds(

it doesn't happen), but then are able to get more, it would probably be a perfect time to get ducks.

See? I can even spin tragedy into an opportunity for advancing my pro duck platform.
