A month, ya right.
You ought to take that act on the road, with lines like that you could be a stand up comedian.

see you have me rolling on the floor right now.

Any cochin bantam hatchers on here? Are they a full term hatch or might they pop early? My incubator was about 99+ almost every minute until they were moved to LD. They have been fairly steady there even in LD. My eggs are on day 19 and I just wondered if they might pop tomorrow. I have some Silkies hatching as I type and just wondered if that might effect them too.

Thanks for any/all advice as always.

All right Allan...you do remember I am taller than you and have probably about 40 lbs on you. This is what you would look like if I come see you...

I have decided chickens are just another term for pet at my house.

I still have a blue Orp rooster hatched almost a year ago that I have absolutely no intention of using with my hens but he is still wandering around here because I do not have the heart to send him off to be eaten.

I see these Orps as being a bigger problem than my mutts because they all have such good natures.

Never mind the geriatric RIW that refuses to roost and just wanders around looking addled all the time, the EE that lays a pink egg quarterly, the duck legged EE who screams like a screech owl when you go near her, the BCM hand raised sisters who look at you with contempt in their eyes, the red EE who lays nice large green/blue eggs but is not a color I want to reproduce and the little white/cream EE that hatched the prettiest babies and acts all skittish to the others until they go to roost then she turns all Sybil.

Please wish me the strength to get past this!

if anyone comes across a blue banded, black, with brown or red ashing, some feather legging (male), tumbler pigeon, please let me know at least, as it went missing aftef getting away when neighbor children spooked it, and has been mia even with letting my birm and flights out to hopefully bring back to its mate. email/pm please as message thread bord mail not working still on new BYC.
