Wisner farms has a processor on site once a month they are located in dandridge. Their processor works at swaggerty's. It is a family operation. We went last weekend to learn processing, they really work with you teaching. The learning part may not be your cup of tea but you can get them processed there. 1 fellow brought 25 to be processed. Don't know what it cost him but he was also helping & learning as well.

Yeah, don't forget about the old guys and their oegb.....there were lots at the last show...it is what made the judging take foooooorever.

Thanks for the offer. I have enough laying hens for now. I just want to add some good New Hamps to the pair that I already have so I can have a jump on hatching in the spring.

You should have seen this little old man try to talk me down on the price on a rooster at the spring show. You could tell he wanted it bad....kept coming back over, calling me sweetheart and darlin.




He bought it for full price eventually.

OMG what did I do?!?! I counted the birds I'm taking and it's adding up to 20+!!!! I hope all these critters fit in the truck.
