tnbarnqueen; did you get hold of anyone today? If so, do you remember if they have electricity?

Waiting on a return call. All parks are run through one office. If I remember correctly they do have electric in that one. But will ask and make certain. I noticed that several are not able to make it on that Sat. the 31. This is just an idea.....what if we had it on Sunday the 1st? Would it make it easier for others to come? Let me know!

OK everyone....I have GOT to move some chickens to make room. I wanted to offer them to our little group now before I put them on....Craigs list. I have decided what I want to work on. My silkies, Crele Polish and D'Uccles. SO.....that means I am putting all my Lavender Orps for sale. I will continue breeding Blue Marans and have several 2+ months and up for sale. These are out of Wade/Jean lines.(I think that is the right names) The older ones have feathered out now. They are now pit of that ugly feather/down stage.

I also have a white SG silkie roo and a very beautiful Partridge Sizzle roo and last but not least a white silkie roo. If anyone here raises Sumatras..I have a black hen to a good home. She is much like silkies when it comes to being broody. I have put her out of her nest 3 times and she hightails it back to it...and there are no eggs! I used her last year to hatch eggs from other hens and she was wonderful. OK....I think that is it for now. If anyone is interested in any of these just send me a PM! I will be putting them on Craigs list sometime after Wed.

Sony DSC-H9 is a nice camera! I am a firm believer in youtube videos! I think you can learn anything on there... Also I use a print lab based out of NY. They have a lot of good videos in their learning center. http://www.adorama.com/alc/

P.S. Can you recommend any good reading for me to get better with our camera? We have a Sony DSC-H9 And I have been taking horrible shots lately with the auto setting. Im better with chickens than this camera

And we could plan it for around 1PM for those who would be attending church. I do still plan on having our Chick-A-Paloosa this fall. We are starting getting the area ready next week. My horses grazed there and played catch with around 400 lg plant pots.

I'm sorry that I find that funny (picturing it in my mind) but that truly cracks me up, LOL. We have got to find them one of those horse balls with the handle on it. Then you can video them smacking themselves in the face with it. That could keep me entertained for a month....remember I'm a guy, it doesn't take much

I used to have a friend that was a show jumper/dressage. She had a Trakehner that would chase you around to try and grab your belt from behind or snap your undies when you bent over. Now that was funny!!!!

My mare takes her cloth hay bag and twirls it round and round when it is empty....the funny thing is....her last 2 foals did the very same thing. IF the next one does it...I am keeping a very close eye on how she is doing it. My stud likes to rub my head with his mouth when my back is turned...it was not too bad til he did it with a mouth full of water.....I truly believe.. It is a conspiracy.
I do give them milk jugs half full of water...they last a day or so before they stomp them. I tried balls and they always ended up in the pond.
