It took me a minute to remember you can do that with your membership status

Yeah. It's completely unchicken-related. It's a quote from the Hunger Game series. I didn't know it before but I guess I am a fan of books written with a middle school audience in mind.

Did everybody get through the storm last night?

We were in Red Lobster in Johnson City last night, and their lights started flickering.

Lightening strikes in the area looked like artillery going off in the surrounding hills ridges.

I was driving home from work in piney flats right when the worst part hit, didn't seem that bad really. Looking at the damage it did everywhere else, we got lucky. I think the mountains are our storm barrier :)

Nothing bad in Morristown, was going to go to the dr today which is located in newport though and it said closed for weather coditions there. Hope everyone made it through ok.

Our area got slammed. Thankfully My kids where sick and I was 30 miles away from the storms. How ever the main hywy to my house was closed for a while. It ripped thru the marina and up over the hills and ridges. The road the school is on was closed. Over 30 homes damaged and 20 just gone. Looking at the touch down map. They where hits in 1 -2 miles away from my house north and south of me. I was freaking out cause I couldn't get home and didn't know if my hubby, house and pets would still be there. I'm just glad I had my kids with me and they didn't have to go thru the tornado at the school. The power was out for about 5 hours the internet didn't come back till 10pm. No one was killed. Some where hurt badly. Oh well time to pick up some junk.
