My new set up, I can't afford the real "flush clean" system, so made my own!

This way all I have to do is spray down with water hose and will have it spouted out the barn! Bairo - the creme is just chillin the whole time! He likes to dig through his feed and eat the rolled oats and barley! DH likes him! He's so goofy, I was trying to mark the Palruf through his cage and he decided that's where he wanted to sit, so had to push him out of the way!

LOL...we will get along just fine then

Nice innovation on the set up.....I like it!!

Tnbarnqueen;
I'll bring an assortment of dogs, brats, polish, smoked sausage, and other bun type meats LOL. oh...and ill bring the charcoal

We'll need one volunteer just for all the buns and condiments ( ketchup, mustard, onions, relish, etc.etc.etc.)

Everyone that hopes to come, please let barnqueen know so she can keep an approximate count and what foods are being brought. I'm sure we will have a great time.

I would LOVE turkey!!. I will take care of the buns and condiments and bring a dessert. MMMM....now I am hungry!

Question #1 Does any one here sale at the Farmers Market in Jonesborough on Sat. mornings?

Question #2 Would anyone be offended if I bring a smoked turkey breast to the potluck on April the 1st?

Some folks don't eat meat is why I am asking and I don't want to be viewed as some kind o heathen on the 1st meeting.

I'm a Southern Baptist and I eat anything that don't eat me first.

To those looking for meat rabbit breeds, me and Nella will be going to rabbit shows and can pick up the "culls" people have for sale if we know max amounts and certain breeds you're looking for.

I'm really excited about this get together! I dunno what I'll bring but makes me hungry just thinking about it!

Okay, somebody needs to find me some willpower. I think I want a GIANT for a housepet. LOL. Like a flemish giant or CHECKERED GIANT! If flemish came in smoke pearl, I would have twenty.

Cute bunny pix incoming! Less hairy ones....I raise dwarfs too.

My choices in order
1. 2 d'argents and a new zealand or Cali
2. 1 d'argent and 2 new zealands or Cali's
3. 2 new zealands or Cali's
All Does
All need to be under a year (preferably under 6 months) and a very good price

P.S. Silver foxes too "of course" but I doubt you will find any in a good "meat rabbit" price range.

Bairo, we need more info than that. for example, I recently bought a himi dwarf doe for $75. She is not show quality, but should be good brood quality. I consider that a good price.

What is "good price" to you? LOL.

I would assume he means free to $20! lol but may be wrong....

Well I dont quite know. I dont want to show and they are strictly for starting kits for meat. I can buy Cali's or New Zealand breeders (not show quality of course and bred for weight to bone ratio for meat) for 5-10 for bucks and 8-20 for does. So I guess Im talking dirt cheap
