talked to my friend, she's gonna ask a guy who raises several breeds if he has anything for sale, he does have a french lop mixed with cal litter just weaned as a test for meat, and may have some pure bred stuff, told her your price range... may know something by tomorrow

How far are these rabbit shows? I am wanting to get a couple rabbits but seems I can't find any here of the breeds I want.

There's one near Louisville, KY on April 21 and 22
the one Nella mentioned in May,
June 30 there is one in Dixon, TN,
Sept 1 there is one in McMinnville, TN
Sept 7-16 the TN Valley fair, lots of for sale bunnies there!
Sept 22 Lawerenceburg, TN
Oct 6 Fairview NC
Oct 13 Perry GA
Oct 27-31 Convention in KA I think, don't want to go there unless you're looking for top notch show animals and willing to pay the prices!

Dec 1 Columbia, SC
Those are all the places I plan on showing if I can afford them! I will continue to keep an eye out for meat type rabbits for $20 or less at all the shows.

Looks like I dont have anything going on when the lenior city one is so I can probably make that one. The two breeds I am looking for are american chinchilla and belgian hare. I used to have dwarfs that could be shown a long time ago, never went to a show though.

i just got an email from someone that i couldnt contact and my comp said shouldnt try to access that sender/email, that was probably trick.. said they got my info and was interested off here. has our beloved chicken site fallen prey to the the bots?
