LOL... they must have stated a fact twice. That is what I did. I was told "opinions need only be said once" ... but the moderator I was mainly chatting with could go on and on forever. AGH! You got me started!! lol

Yes... I do but its not the typical cross legged fingertips resting on the knees kind of meditating. Its complicated (nice way of saying personal

) way of dealing with my own ordeal. I started a few years ago and it does help.

Purdty things in the yard cause me problems. And thanks for the link. I scanned it & decided I would delve into deeper another time. I am bad about scanning, sticking bits & pieces in memory and trying to recall where they came from later. I am going to try to work on my orps & see what kind of screw ups I can have!

If I had an axe vegetation would be the last thing to fear me. LOL My temper is better controlled thank goodness or blood would have been shed.
