talbot poultry- the lavenders are beautiful also. I will decide what I am going to do with a few blues maybe we can talk tomorrow.

all who contributed- thanks about the lights, candling and genetics. It will be a while before I venture into hatching eggs. I am hoping for at least one broody come Spring.

The cake is cooling & potato salad is done (do not eat the eye: you will know what I am talking about tomorrow).

Yeah, unfortunately, right now I'm scrambling to find cupcake liners

I swear! I kept telling myself MONTHS ago to get more because I had the same problem for a show I was suppose to make them for and ended up making cookies instead... Looks like 45 minutes of my time is going to be taken up by going to the nearest store...

Too funny! Dh is watching doomsday preppers and these people can hardly walk in their house for all the food supplies they have stored. Makes me realize I am screwed!

I don't know if I have shared these pics of my LF black Orp pullet BB or not. I really love her she is so sweet and ubber soft. I think she has good structure but her comb is not up to par. I will try to get better pics of her. I hope to find a good roo to put with her. She just started laying.

Should have looked for the breeder who had them... I say go to Newport show and look for some again...   don't go hatchery if you want something of quality.

yeah, I am planning on going to it also. They are a cool bird
