As stated above, I use the standard 'no drown' chick waterers for standard size quail, ie; Bob's, Blues, Mountain, etc....for button quail I use a waterer similar to the parakeet waterers.

I change them in the morning and evening, that’s for ten chicks. And even the splay legged baby was able to drink with no issue! I know they make special waterers but I was desperate lol!How fast does it get dirty? That's why I like parakeet waterers. They can't drown in them and the opening is small enough that while they CAN poop in them, it doesn't happen immediately so I'm not cleaning them every hour.

It helps a little that my brooder is in my bathroom. I’m in there frequently, and can give it a quick rinse. (I have cats so brand new chicks always brood in the bathroom first lol)I have one similar to your pic OP. It gets dirty real quick @Nabiki.
Whatever you use the worst part is getting them to use something else! They grow so fast they empty the small bottles quickly but absolutely refuse to use a nipple waterer until forced, and then they sulk and refuse to learn, I’ve started throwing a grandma hen in to show them the ropes and then they figure it out pretty quick, same goes for switching to pelleted feed and turning off the heat lamp, they don’t like change! Chicken little was a quail!
