Had bacon wrapped breast on the grill 2 weeks ago and Chicken fried yesterday oh so good, love them both. Planning on making a small amount of oyster dressing and stuffing some and baking for next batch.Cook them just like you would fry chicken. Flour, salt & pepper, fried in an oil of your choice. Served with rice and some marinara sauce.

I like Nabiki's processing guide, but I'm wondering about the ribs. I've noticed some quail recipe videos where the chefs are removing the ribs etc. Do you do ever this? Or is this generally not done?
