Thank you... I'm going to keep it up and I'm really shocked at how quickly it's coming off with just a few lifestyle changes.
One thing that I think is really helping is I purchased a home mill and I grind my own wheat and make our bread from that home-ground whole wheat. That adds so much fiber to your diet you wouldn't believe. It takes a bit of learning to make the bread but my family really loves it. I had a bit of a head start on the bread making....I've been making our bread for years. It just took a bit of reading and experimenting to learn to make it with freshly ground flour.
We had BLTs for supper last night on this bread and I ate the sandwich but instead of chips I had cantaloupe slices with mine. I've also started walking on a treadmill; I can't go very far yet but I'll work up to it. I got up this morning and I'm down 2 more pounds; I wish I had done this years ago.

I forgot to add, "WOW. Is he colorblind"?
No, he's a guy! He couldn't find his butt with both hands. He's just like that; after 38 years I'm pretty used to it.
