Thank you... I'm going to keep it up and I'm really shocked at how quickly it's coming off with just a few lifestyle changes.

One thing that I think is really helping is I purchased a home mill and I grind my own wheat and make our bread from that home-ground whole wheat. That adds so much fiber to your diet you wouldn't believe. It takes a bit of learning to make the bread but my family really loves it. I had a bit of a head start on the bread making....I've been making our bread for years. It just took a bit of reading and experimenting to learn to make it with freshly ground flour.

We had BLTs for supper last night on this bread and I ate the sandwich but instead of chips I had cantaloupe slices with mine. I've also started walking on a treadmill; I can't go very far yet but I'll work up to it. I got up this morning and I'm down 2 more pounds; I wish I had done this years ago.

I forgot to add, "WOW. Is he colorblind"?

No, he's a guy! He couldn't find his butt with both hands. He's just like that; after 38 years I'm pretty used to it.

Ahahha I am so stealing that.

I made a few lifestyle changes myself and lost almost 25 lbs. I'm down to my normal 120 lbs for my height weight. Took about a month too. I simply quit eating processed foods....only I eat more now then ever. Constantly eating, eating, and more eating. The only meat I've eaten has been hunted by friends and family. The only eggs have been from friends who have layers. No dairy, no cheese, nothing. Kind of sucks really. But I'm getting real used to it. Especially with how I look and feel. So I praise you, eventhough yer old man can't find his bung with two arms LOLOL.

Heya, have you been on an elliptical? Burn twice as much as a treadmill. They are awesome. Can get one for the home cheap too.

I'm often forgetful and DH used to say I'd forget my behind if it wasn't attached.

My response was "If it wasn't attached, I'd leave it on purpose."

I haven't been on it in a couple of days because I've been working in the yard and I was just too wiped out.

We have a lot of yard to take care of... DH and DS have been too busy to work on it....then I almost stepped on a rat snake in the high grass and just about had a heart attack.... so I decided it was time to take care of it. It took me 3 days to do it all but it really looks nice.

Edited to add:
Congrats on the weight loss (Hi-five!!) The last time I weighed 120 pounds I think I was in the 8th grade....my bones weigh more than that!!!

When I was a kid we had 42 chickens. So every morning we ate eggs for breakfast. We use to sramble them in a bowl with cheese and whatever else we liked and put them in the microwave. Delicious and easy for kids (my mom had six).
