Eating & Drinking, but Shakes and has Diarrhea, Please Help

I have had my Bantam Silkie Chick (Salt) for about a week now and I have noticed that when I pick her up she shakes, also she has diarrhea. I cannot see her shake when she is in the brooder, I can only feel it when I hold her. The only reason I can't figure out what is wrong is that she is still eating and drinking, and definitely growing. This is my first time having chickens, please help.

Can you post a video?
Shaking while being held may just be a little nervousness.
Also could be a neurological/developmental disorder.
You can add some vitamins to their water to see if there is any improvement.
