Eating Eggs! >:(

UGH! SO we have roughly 15 laying hens and today I went out there and guess what? 4 eggs! 2 of them had yolk smeared all over them yet there was no trace of broken eggs in the nest so I know they ate the rest of the eggs. Is there any way I can stop this behavior? I collect eggs after school 3-4PM and my dad says it is MY FAULT they are eating them. Of course cause its always my fault when something doesn't work right. So have you guys done anything to fix it or is it just time to get rid of everyone? We haven't even had these birds for a year yet. It will be a year on May 20th. I'm really irritated with these chickens. I know they love to eat eggs because I saw a few take off towards the duck nests and they jumped in and broke all the eggs and started eating them until I fought them out of the nest and threw away all the broken eggs.

Thanks. I'm going to try the mustand one a few times. If that doesn't work, I'll probably just get new chicks.
