but I will share a great website I found. Its just like Weight Watchers or EDiets where you can get recipes, track your meals, get a meal plan, exercises, etc.....and its FREE. Its www.sparkpeople.com I love it, when I use it

I had today.

One mug of coffee with fat free creamer about 2 tbs.

Breakfast
One kosher beef hot dog in a bun w/ mustard

I had to eat fast I am watching my incubator.

Lunch
one glass of Apple Grape juice all natural no sugar added yummy. Was going to have M&M's with it but I left them on the shelf at Target......

Dinner
a bowl of sticky rice topped with bbqued marinated Koren Beef and Maui Island Beef
and a HUGE green salad

Good Luck Everyone!

I stopped drinking soda almost 2 years ago and started eating healthier. I've lost a little over 50 lbs. I started falling back into the sweets a while back, but Im on my way back up! It doesnt help when a large majority of my family is overweight. I've determined to change that!
 
I want in, too!! I've got the water drinking thing down and we have a water cooler in the office. My downfall is the Rite Aid drugstore next door to my place of employment. It is (too) easy to run next door for a snack when my energy starts to drop in the afternoon.

Breakfast:
English Muffin with peanut butter
Water

Lunch:
Leftover spaghetti
100 calorie cookie pack
Water

Snack:
350 Calorie bag of Doritos
Water

Dinner:
1/2 of a tuna sub w/ cheese
100 calorie Pringles pack
8 oz of white grape juice

Exercise: 2 hours walking on the treadmill

1c Red River cereal
1/4 c milk
1/3 c plain fat free yogurt
1/2 c blueberries
1tbsp splenda/real brown sugar mix

Lunch
Flax wrap with ham/lettuce/dijon
1c soup
2 cookies (white chocolate, couldn't fight the urge)

Supper
8 oz beef roast
1 c peas
2 c tossed salad with calorie wise Greek dressing
1/2 c mashed potatoes with 3 tbsp gravy

Afternoon snack
4 c orville popcorn (less fat)

Treadmill 2.5 miles
