Eating Healthy

Saturday 1st:
to drink:
herbal tea w/honey (3), water (1)

dried fruit, 3/4 large muffin, pickled egg
pickled egg, 2 bowls salad, 1/4 muffin, 1/4 raisins from cereal box
bowl rice&rabbit soup w/carrots, 1/4 muffin, handful pistachios

Sunday 2nd
drink:
herbal tea w/honey (3) water (2)

apple, 1/2 muffin
bowl rice&rabbit stew, dried fruit
baked potato w/ cheese, butter, 1 conversation heart

1 low carb tortilla
hot sauce
organic coffee w/ stevia

Lunch
Apple
1/8 c raw almonds
low carb tortilla
1 tbs hummus

Dinner
1 cup vegetarian baked beans
1 smart dog(soy hot dog)
1/2 cup sauerkraut

Snacks
1/2c lowfat cottage cheese
pickle spears
2 small tomatoes
marinated mushrooms(5)

8 glasses water
2 cups green tea

brunch: a bowl of savory cheese grits and a slice of whole wheat oatmeal toast.
this afternoon:
about a half a bushel of oysters and a half bushel of beer to wash them down
(bad day so far, nothing even remotely green or veggie-ish, 'cept sauteed onions and garlic in the grits this morning)

3 cups coffee with creamer

Breakfast
Grits with cheese, eggs and sausage.

Lunch
2 slices pizza

Supper
Chicken alfredo with some potato gnocci on the side
broccoli steamed with butter
garlic bread
spinash salad with feta, carrots, clementines, pecans


No snacks - too busy watching chicks hatch
 
Pepsi for breakfast is not much different than coffee with cream and sugar, so post away, Katy

ham on whole wheat sandwich

veggie stuff

Icecream bar for dessert

(movie watching seems to require food)

I'm just going to pretend the last three days of restaurant food didn't happen and start over.

Today:
1 cup tea with 1 tsp. honey
1 cup lowfat granola with 2% milk
1 banana

Lunch is going to be 2 eggs, a bread roll, green salad w/chevre and a tangelo. Dinner is going to be venison chops cooked in apple cider and mashed homegrown taters with garlic and cheese.
 
Saturday -- hi-fiber crunchy-things cereal w/milk

2 danishes
mac n cheese, chili, salad
some sort of raisin pie kind of thing
clementine
(so sue me - I was at a seminar w/lunch provided)

w.w. pasta w/grilled chkn, onions, chard, parmesan
peas
