Eating Healthy

March 2

Breakfast: Actually it was Brunch: 2 fried eggs, 2 Tbs corned beef hash, 1/2 slice of lowcarb pita. And the usual coffees.

Dinner: 1 piece of chicken parmigiana and 4 brussel sprouts.

8 oz organic skim milk

Lunch
Apple
Boca burger
whole grain sprouted bun
1 wedge light laughing cow cheese

Dinner
portabella mushroom w/sprouted grain bun
1c left over pasta

1/2 turkey sandwich on 12 grain bread w/mayo
2 oz smoked almonds
water


snack::::

big mug of tea w/honey and lemon
1- pc of white toast
1- scrambled egg


Dinner ::::

tamales w/cheese and salsa
water

English Muffin w/ peanut butter
Water

Snack:
banana
Water

Lunch:
Tofurkey Kielbasa on wheat bread w/ cheese
1 home made oatmeal chocolate chip
Water

Dinner: McDonald's Filet
Vanilla Ice Cream (McDonalds)
Water

Snack:1 home made oatmeal chocolate chip
More Water

Breakfast: 2pancakes, 4 sausage patties, 2 eggs, 8 oz. 2% milk

dinner: 2 hot sausage sandwiches, with grilled peppers and onions

Note: on weekends we eat late breakfast, around 10
;30 0r 11 am, so no lunch and an early dinner

breakfast: 2 eggs, 4 slices bacon, 2 slices toast, 8 oz 2% milk

lunch: tossed salad, lite dressing

Dinner: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, lima beans

Just saw this thread...I need to lose 80 pounds.......yes 80.....yiks!!
So here goes today..
Cracklin Oat Bran cereal and silk soy milk.
1/2 cup of coffee. It was good!

small pack of cashews and water.

Lunch: leftover honey BBQ wings and steamed cauliflower.

Diet caffeine free coke

3 Gravy and biscuit.......water
