Eating Healthy

Breakfast: 1/2 cup of Flax Snax hot cereal with splenda and a dash of soy milk. Coffees.

Lunch:
2 cups of tea with splenda and cream. 1/2 tuna salad on "real" rye bread. 1/4 slice of pickle.

Dinner: the other half of tuna sandwich.

chicken fried rice
gatorade

March 2:
Breakfast:
2 pieces bacon
2 biscuits w/gravy
1 muffin
1/2 cup hash browns

Lunch:
chili cheese dip
corn chips

Dinner:
none

March 3:


Breakfast:
2 cups hot chocolate
1 fun size twix
2 packages instant oatmeal

Lunch:
cheesey beefy burrito from Taco bell
caramel apple empanada from Taco Bell
Diet Pepsi

Dinner:
serving beef stroganoff
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup corn
regular pepsi

Snack:
coffee cake
pringles
diet cherry pepsi

Breakfast - hashbrown & egg bake, 1 caprisun (tropical punch)

Lunch - 1 large red delicious apple, hashbrown & egg bake, 1/2 bag of chocolate skittles

Snack - hashbrown & egg bake, apple slices with cream cheese & caramel dip, a few pieces of cheddar cheese

Dinner - fried Dark Cornish cockeral, fried corn nuggets

H2O (16 oz) - III

Lunch: PB&J on toast
Dinner: Steak, fried potatoes, broccoli
Dessert: Pound cake w/ strawberries
Snack: Pear

Breakfast: Bacon Sandwich
Lunch: PB&J
Dinner: Pot roast, potatoes, carrots, multigrain bread w/ garlic butter
Dessert: single serving of Girl Scout cookies
Snacks: Banana, Yo+ yogurt

Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Roast beef & 1/2 small bag potato chips
Dinner: Whole wheat french toast, 2 turkey sausages (cracker barrell)
Dessert: Serving of Girl Scout cookies
Snacks: Yo+ yogurt, slice pound cake

Exercise: Each day 5 minutes of stretches, 5-10 minutes aerobics, & gardening about 1 hour.

GAhen ~ you asked How much honey do you put in your tea?????


It varies greatly depending on my mug size. I have one mug that is for soup and often I have my tea in that. I don't measure. At work I have splenda in my tea, but at home I do honey and lemon.

heres my analogy on what i ate today

breakfast i had half of a breakfas hotpocket

lunch

a ham sadwich plain with mustard,mayo
and eating a frech dip sub,"after school"

5 venison meatballs with sour cream gravy
1 piece sourdough bread
1 leafy green salad, no dressing
1 bite of an apple that turned out to be bruised real bad
handful carrots
1 yogurt cup

4 madeleine cookies
1 glass milk

not sure what dinner will be yet.
