3-donut gems (I stole them from son)

Bacon cheeseburger on a whole grain bun
BBQ potato chips
water


My son requested the burgers and I made them and if I'm gonna touch them then I'm gonna eat some...lol. It's my biggest downfall. I can't cook for everybody else and not have some. Lame excuse I know but thats my story and I'm stickin to it.

Breakfast: Blackberry Yo+

Snack: Pretzel rods & water

Lunch: Chicken & whole grain noodles in Alfredo sauce, unsweetened ice tea, 2 servings of GS cookies

Dinner: Probably Sonic food...

Dessert: Beverage with my Sonic food

I love Cadbury cream eggs and am not allowing myself to buy any this year lest I eat them.
Having enough trouble sticking to one serving a day of Girl Scout cookies. Loooove those Thin Mints! And 4 just isn't enough!

Breakfast: Coffees and Flax Snax hot cereal with splenda.

Lunch: two eggs over easy, two sausage patties, one lil piece of potato that somehow snuck under my sausage patty. 1 cup of tea.

Din Din: I will have two leftover slices of garlic lovers pizza and I will prob sleep alone again tonight.

1 wedge laughing cow cheese
1/2c whole grain rice
1/2c stir fry veggies w/paneer

coffee with skim
handful of carrot stick

Lunch

Chicken rice soup

Supper

Steak and potato w/chinese hot sauce
salad w/lowfat dressing

snack

honey chilli rice thins (tastes just like chips, with less salt!)

Thursday, March 6th-

Breakfast:
leftover tuna macaroni salad
water

Snack:
2 mini twix bars (Halloween-sized singles)


Lunch:
tuna sandwich on wheat
cranberry juice

Dinner:
very small portion of pierogies

Snack:
1/2 blueberry muffin


Exercise:none
 
I knew when I ordered those stupid Cadbury eggs (both cream and caramel) for the store it was going to be impossible to walk by them every single day !!!!!!!!

The caramel ones kill me. I mean come on chocolate and caramel...who can resist.
