Sunday:
4 corn pancakes with cinnamon-pecan butter and real maple syrup, 1 deep-fried egg.

venison meatloaf w/ ketchup, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes w/goat cheese
milk

Today:
egg & cheese bagel
leftover meatloaf & sauerkraut
green salad w/ goat cheese, hardboiled egg, creamy Italian
chocolate cookie
milk
ravioli w/ garlic cream sauce
 
Tuesday March 11th

Breakfast:
100 calorie pack chocolate chip cookies
1 cup hot chocolate

Lunch:
100 calorie pack cheese nips
crunchy granola bar (2 pieces)
coffee w/ cream and splenda

Snack:
peanut butter cup (small one)
bottled water

Dinner:
bologna and cheese on white bread
bottled water

Breakfast: Coffee mocha with splenda, soft boiled egg. And 1 mile on the dreadmill.

Lunch: small steak with green beans and sparkling water with lemon.

Din Din: Ok I was bad tonight. Takeout - Eggplant rollatini and some good crunchy Ital bread dipped in Olive oil. LC choc cake and a handful of semi sweet choc morsels.

Breakfast: 3 pretzel rods.

I exercised before work today, too. Woo hoo!

Lunch: leftover chicken-n-dumplings

Snack: Cherry yo+

Dinner: Wendy's fish sandwich, 1/2 pack fried, coke

Dessert: Vanilla Ice cream with butterscotch & chocolate toppings
And more exercise since I felt a little guilty

b-fast today was 1/2 egg bagle with creme cheese, 1 egg, two pieces bacon (I will not give up bacon...ever!)1cup cut melons (watermelon, honeydew, and cantaloupe)

snack at 0930: orange and apple,

Lunch will be caesar salad with chicken.

afternoon snack will be apple and bananna

dinner baked lemon caper tilapia and asparagus.
 
Monday dinner: Salmon salad, water

Tues bfast: huevos rancheros, coffee
lunch: antipasto, water

want to go for a walk.... it's sunny today after 18" of snow on the weekend. Opened the coop door and even the hens are poking their beaks out! lol
