Eating Healthy

March 20

Breakfast:
Bottled water
Coffee with cream and splenda
single serving pringles

Snack:
Hot chocolate
bottled water

Lunch:
ramen noodles (chicken flavor)
3 mozarrela sticks w/ ranch
diet Dr Pepper


Dinner:
turkey pot pie
vanilla pudding
bottled water
dried apricots

Mar 20 - Spring!
Breakfast: 1 slice crustless quiche (something different!)

Lunch: Green salad with turkey, bacon bits, egg, carrots, cukes etc.

Maybe that did it for her. But if you look at her original post - she said list what you eat for a few weeks. We're barely keeping this alive!

I just found this thread and I hope that it isnt too late to join! I also want to get healthier. Here is what I have eaten today...

Hmmm... That is it so far. Oy, but just wait till I get home and make that pie ma wants me to make

cheese, bacon and egg breakfast burrito
orange juice
