With a 4-6 ratio with my hatch from December I guess some of the roosters will have to go.... Not to mention the aggressive one I have... How and when do you cook rooster? I know it's not the same as the hens right??

If you butcher them early enough (before they start to crow) it shouldn't be any different. If you let them get older and pumped full of testosterone, you're going to have to slow cook the toughness out.

Brining helps soften some of the funk they get at 16+ weeks. Melt some salt and sugar and add that to cool water and let the bird sit in the fridge a few days.
