You're kidding me, right? I just listed an out of print book on eBay too, darn it! I am only selling it with media mail (cheap) for shipping, but still, that is ridiculous.

I also got this email and I fully agree with Ebay on this one. I mean, does it really cost $15-$20 to ship 6+ bantam eggs?? NO!! I guess they're just getting tired of people like me reporting the ones who obviously overcharge on shipping. One listing I remember had a starting bid of $.99 (to qualify for the 'free' listing fee) then the shipping was $25??

I understand that some of the people use the flat rate boxes, which do cost a bit more, but maybe now they'll take that extra LITTLE bit of time to order the cheaper boxes from the USPS....just my opinion.

ETA: Another part of that email said that the listing fees with the BIN option are free starting April 19th, up to 50 listings a month...so in my opinion it all evens out.
