I would look closely at the buyers feedback. If they have a good amount of feedback, and it is all positive, and you want to get your incubator out of the house, ship it. If you can't trust them by looking at the feedback, I wouldn't ship it... I know I can't afford to lose any money right now, and I'm sure nobody wants to actually take that chance. I have stopped using
ebay. I sold stuff off and on, and recently couldn't ship an item out due to extenuating circumstances. I explained to the buyer what was going on, but when she got it, she still left neg. feedback saying I ignored her... Oh, but the item was PERFECT!
Now my score dropped Dramatically, after all these years of 100%. I contacted
ebay, and it took a nasty letter to get them to respond, and tell me basically too bad. They don't care about the seller any more, whether it is legitimate or not. PLUS, they are way too expensive anymore. It's not worth the fees to sell when you have craigslist at your disposal!
