Ebay will slap your fingers and delete it."
Beats me Red, but it's been that way over a year now. A buyer can win the auction, never pay and still leave negative feedback for the seller. The seller can't do a darn thing about it, not even via feedback. Filing a complaint with
ebay doesn't usually do much good.
And if a buyer wins an auction, gets the product (even with Delivery Confirmation), then says they never got it or it was wrong or they didn't like it, all they have to do is complain to PayPal and PayPal will take the money back from the seller's account, no proof required. So buyer gets the item for FREE. Quite a scam. Once again, the seller loses.
Ebay has another new doozy- a seller is no longer allowed to say that they are not responsible for package once it leaves their hands- sellers now have to guarantee delivery! Like sellers have any control over the shipping company?
Ebay has for some inexplicable reason gone too far in pleasing the buyer at the expense of the seller. I know quite a few sellers who have gone to
www.onlineauction.com rather than
ebay.
