I no longer sell anything on ebay, it has become a nightmare for the sellers.

Beats me Red, but it's been that way over a year now. A buyer can win the auction, never pay and still leave negative feedback for the seller. The seller can't do a darn thing about it, not even via feedback. Filing a complaint with ebay doesn't usually do much good.

And if a buyer wins an auction, gets the product (even with Delivery Confirmation), then says they never got it or it was wrong or they didn't like it, all they have to do is complain to PayPal and PayPal will take the money back from the seller's account, no proof required. So buyer gets the item for FREE. Quite a scam. Once again, the seller loses.

Ebay has another new doozy- a seller is no longer allowed to say that they are not responsible for package once it leaves their hands- sellers now have to guarantee delivery! Like sellers have any control over the shipping company?

Ebay has for some inexplicable reason gone too far in pleasing the buyer at the expense of the seller. I know quite a few sellers who have gone to www.onlineauction.com rather than ebay.

holy cow they really changed it i just looked it up. i've not seen those updated rules.

so u can't even say they r a non paying bidder or u'd never sell to them again due to problems or anything like that? that is stupid how r sellers to warn other sellers there is problems with these deadbeat buyers?

Mary you know what I am not surprised either way.

I find it most dishonest to have a person have 100% when they are deadbeats lol.
So ebay needs to fix this. In the last 2 years they really screwed up everything. They have lost allot of bussiness. And have collected some not so great people to be doing bussiness with. It just doesnt help
Espcially with the whole thing about chicken eggs being live animals

You need to get ahold of ebay either way.

I don't have the need to sell anymore eggs unless I have to buy chicken food and supplies... So that said I just get on here to sell something

I'm very sorry that you are being treated this way. The only experience I've had with ebay was from a company, not just a person out of their home, and it was a very good experience. I got a fantastic deal on that spinning wheel! But, I now know that buying/selling on ebay might not be a good idea.
