econd chick hatcheing please help!

Mine roll all over the place when they're hatching. It will be fine. They hatch extra sloooooooooowly when you watch.

I had to go to the grocery store, to get away, when I got back it pipped a bit more. There is some red bloody, but not dripping or anything like that. I guess that it is just relaxing now I can see allot of the chick, it keeps trying to stretch. It is now half way out. If I were that chick I would stay in its shell until 2:00 am my children and grand child are fired up, and I am exhausted. My grand daughter is almost 16 months old.

It's kind of funny cause the other chick is running around with the entire shell dragging behind her by a one now two inch stringy membrane

I understand how you feel, my first duckling rolled the others eggs around and one that had pipped ended up face down and it didn't make it. I wasn't sure if I should roll it back over either and next time I probably will. I had no idea the first to hatch could be so violent!

she is just sitting there watching now, Does it really take up to 24 hours?
